About Radici Landscape Restoration
Radici Landscape Restoration LLC provides long-term landscape and land management services for estates, vineyards, and agricultural properties across Southern California.
Founded by ISA Certified Arborist and Licensed Landscape Contractor Paul Everett (CA #1112531), Radici blends horticultural science, ecological design, and field experience to steward living systems that improve soil health, water efficiency, and overall land performance over time.
With a B.S. in Horticultural Business Management from Colorado State University, Paul leads a small, experienced team focused on regenerative practices, thoughtful design, and hands-on management of complex sites.
Each property we manage is approached as a living system - balancing production, resilience, aesthetics, and long-term ecological function.

Our Story
Radici means “roots” in Italian. Our work is grounded in a long-standing respect for land, craft, and stewardship developed through hands-on experience and a deep connection to place.
Rather than treating landscapes as static installations, Radici approaches each site as a living system shaped by soil, water, plants, and long-term management decisions. This perspective informs everything we do, from small garden spaces to large agricultural and land-based projects.
The goal is simple and demanding: to leave land healthier, more resilient, and more valuable over time through thoughtful design and careful stewardship.

Radici Landscape Restoration is a hands-on practice focused on erosion control, regenerative land work, and applied landscape systems. Our work requires clear thinking and strong execution, the ability to understand why something matters and then go build it correctly in the field.
We value commitment to learning and follow-through, whether that comes through formal education, trade programs, certifications, or demonstrated real-world experience. A two- or four-year degree is not required, but we do expect evidence that someone can stay engaged, take responsibility, and consistently get meaningful work done.
Opportunities with Radici often begin through a short-term internship or apprenticeship-style engagement, allowing both sides to establish context, expectations, and working rhythm.
